1.1 Introduction
Welcome to Design Sage. By accessing or using our website, services, or store at www.design-sage.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.
1.2 Services
Design Sage provides graphic design, art services (painting, sketching, wall-painting), and related creative services. We may also offer design products via our online store.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have parental consent. You must provide accurate, complete information when placing orders or registering.
1.4 Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
Once accepted, we will send a confirmation email.
The scope of work, timeline, deliverables, revisions, costs will be as agreed in your service contract or quote.
1.5 Payment
Payments must be made as per the invoice and payment terms.
Unless otherwise specified, the service begins only after receipt of applicable advance payment.
Failure to pay may result in delay or suspension of work.
1.6 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Design Sage retains ownership of all preliminary designs, drafts, and unused artwork until full payment is received.
Upon full payment and delivery, you will receive the rights described in the contract (for example: usage, reproduction rights).
You warrant that any materials you provide (images, logos, text) do not infringe on third-party rights.
1.7 Revisions
The number of revisions included in the service will be defined in the contract.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
1.8 Client Responsibilities
You must provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary materials.
Delays by you may result in timeline extensions and additional charges.
1.9 Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We strive for high quality, but we do not guarantee perfect results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Sage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
1.10 Termination
Either party may terminate the contract if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to cure within 14 days of notice.
Upon termination, you pay for work delivered to date and we cease further work.
1.11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of [Insert City / State, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
1.12 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We’ll update the effective date and post the revised Terms on our Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
