Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 01 November 2025
3.1 Scope
This policy applies to both services and physical products purchased via Design Sage.
3.2 Cancellation by You
Services: You may cancel services within 48 hours of contract/quotation acceptance without penalty, provided no significant work has commenced. After 48 hours or commencement of work, a cancellation fee may apply (e.g., deposit non-refundable).
Products: You may cancel product orders within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production/shipping has not begun.
3.3 Refunds
Once work has commenced, or once the product has been dispatched, refunds may not be available.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, third-party fees, and non-refundable deposit portions may be deducted from the refund.
3.4 Replacement or Credit
In case of defective physical products, we may replace the item or provide store credit instead of cash refund.
For services, if you are dissatisfied, we will attempt to provide additional revisions or alternate deliverables as agreed.
3.5 No-Show/Non-Collaboration
If you fail to provide required materials or approvals for more than 30 days, we may pause or cancel the project; deposit may be forfeited.
3.6 Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, internet outages), we may extend timelines or cancel; in such cases refunds may be prorated and at our discretion.
